• First Hour:  Residential - $95.00  /  Commercial - $115.00   

​

• Each Additional Hour:  Residential - $85.00  /  Commercial - $105.00 

​

• Additional One-Half Hour:  Residential - $42.50  /  Commercial - $52.50  (charged in one-half-hour increments)​

​

• Pre-Assessment Fee:  $35.00

Pre-Assessment Fee:

Before commencing any project, we require a mandatory $35.00 onsite pre-assessment fee. This fee covers the costs associated with providing a comprehensive scope of the project, including travel time, fuel costs, and assessment time.

 

Why the Pre-Assessment Fee?

The pre-assessment fee ensures that our technicians have the necessary time and resources to fully understand the scope of your project. This allows us to provide accurate estimates and ensures that there are no surprises along the way.

Grace Period:

We understand that sometimes projects may exceed the initial estimated time. To accommodate this, we offer a ten-minute grace period before additional charges apply. If the service completion time exceeds 10 minutes beyond the hour or half-hour mark, the full half-hour will apply.
